  • We currently offer nationwide delivery across India through our trusted logistics partners.
  • For select pin codes not serviceable by our standard partners, our team will inform you in advance and arrange alternate solutions wherever possible.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer free delivery on most products unless otherwise mentioned on the product page.
  • Additional Charges: For oversized items, special packaging, or remote location deliveries, additional charges may apply. These will be clearly communicated before order confirmation.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Once your order is placed, it undergoes quality checks, packaging, and dispatch.
  • Processing Time: 2–5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Custom or made-to-order furniture may take longer (specific timelines will be shared at the time of purchase).

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard furniture orders are usually delivered within 7–14 business days from the dispatch date.
  • Custom-made or bulk orders may require 3–6 weeks, depending on product type and location.

  • You can also contact our customer support team for real-time updates.

6. Delivery Process

  • Furniture is delivered via ground logistics and may require assembly (if not pre-assembled).
  • Our delivery partners may contact you prior to delivery to confirm availability.
  • For bulky items, please ensure doorways and staircases are suitable for safe delivery.

7. Packaging & Safety

  • All Woodlas products are packed using high-quality, damage-resistant materials.
  • We take utmost care to ensure safe handling during storage, transit, and delivery.

8. Delays & Exceptions

  • While we strive for timely deliveries, certain delays may occur due to:

    Remote/unstable location routes

    Natural calamities, strikes, or regulatory restrictions

  • Woodlas will not be liable for delays beyond our control but will make every effort to minimize inconvenience.

9. Damages During Shipping

  • In case your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.

10. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only serve customers within India.
